  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days via UPS or USPS.
  • Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days via FedEx or UPS.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number (e.g., UPS Tracking #1Z999AA10123456784).

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
  • Certain oversized or fragile items may require additional shipping fees.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., Visa ending in 1234, PayPal).
  • Digital products, downloadable software, and custom-made items are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
